Higher Education Commission (HEC) Advisor Waseem Hashmi Syed spoke to CRSS after chairing the Fifth Pak-Afghan Youth Dialogue that he was invited to as the Chief Guest, organized by the Center for Research and Security Studies (CRSS). He highlighted the different issues faced by Afghan students in Pakistan and the steps HEC is taking to minimize the obstacles in their education. The theme of the dialogue was, ‘Education as a Connector for Peace in Pak-Afghan Relations’.
