Member of Afghan Parliament Ms. Elay Ershad thanks the Center for Research and Security Studies (CRSS) for facilitating Pak-Afghan dialogue at a time when relations between the two nations had become tense in recent years. She was speaking to Waqt TV in the show Aina with Faisal Shakeel during her visit to Islamabad in Late February for the second meeting of CRSS’ Pak-Afghan Track 1.5/II Dialogue Beyond Boundaries. She further stressed on the need for media cooperation and joint TV programmes between Pakistan and Afghanistan as media can play a huge role in improving perceptions of the public and smoothening relations.
